This is a great concept. I love the mood you've created here with the rather gray skies and the omnious bird . Your stocks are well suited for the manipulation , as they are also well cut and blended together. An Inviting and thought provoking scene.
I do have a few minor suggestions . First , be careful with the skin re-touching in such a scene. Alone she looks soft and beautiful , like a doll , but It is too contrasted in a scene like this where all of the other details are in sharper focus.Some adjustments using the burn and dodge tool at a low exposure can help to bring out some of the missing details ion the shading and highlights of your model.
Second would be the shadow of the bird. It seems that you have created some sence of a shadow of the bird onto the girl , but as the bird gets closer to her , the shadow would become deeper. So there should be a deep but small shadow where his feet meet the skin, that gets lighter and blurrier where he is farthest from it.
You've certainly done a FABULOUS job otherwise , especially this being only your 2nd manipulation. Good job !
